Run the first one to the audience you already have. Once it’s converting better than it is now, you flip on paid traffic and fill the room whenever you want.
Everything you currently stretch across a whole week of emails, you’d do in one afternoon, live, talking to a room instead of an inbox.
There’s one more thing, and honestly it’s the bigger lever.
The attention right now is moving toward AI, and you’re already using Claude every single day. So the move is to add AI into your YouTube content and webinar topics.
Think “how to grow a YouTube channel with AI,” or “how AI runs my whole YouTube digital product business.” Same you, same YouTube-first method, just pointed at what people are actually searching for this year.
So I’d test it. Run a few of those against your usual videos and see which ones fill the room faster. Let the numbers decide, not me.
